The safety and wellbeing of every learner is my highest priority. I follow UK safeguarding best practice in every session, whether online or in-person.
A parent or guardian must be present in the household during any online session with a learner under 18. Session recordings are not made unless explicitly agreed in writing beforehand.
If a learner discloses a safeguarding concern I will follow appropriate procedures, which may include contacting the parent/guardian and, where necessary, the local safeguarding authority.
I hold an Enhanced DBS certificate available on request.
