EduSpring Learning is operated by Sanjiv Giri, an independent Sole Trader based at 16 Nassau Path, Thamesmead, London, SE28 8AN, United Kingdom. I am the data controller for information collected through this website and my learning services.
I collect only the information necessary to deliver learning services: your name, email address, phone number, learner age and subject, session notes and payment confirmations (via Stripe). I do not store card details on this website.
Processing is based on the contract to deliver tuition, my legitimate interest in operating the business responsibly, and — where required — your explicit consent.
I do not sell or share personal data. Payment processing is handled by Stripe under their own privacy policy. Email is delivered through standard email providers.
Enquiry records are held for 12 months. Active client records are kept for the duration of the engagement plus 6 years for accounting purposes.
Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data. Email info@eduspringlearning.co.uk to exercise these rights.
If you are unhappy with how I handle your data, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
