I want every learner to feel confident in their purchase. This refund policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
Fully refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled assessment. Non-refundable once the assessment has taken place.
Cancellable at any time with 14 days notice. Any prepaid sessions not yet delivered will be refunded pro-rata.
Refundable up to 7 days after purchase, provided no more than one session has taken place. After that, remaining unused sessions are refundable pro-rata.
Email info@eduspringlearning.co.uk with your order details. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe within 5–10 business days.
